AUTOMATED DOWNLOAD
Using the supplied Docking Station or USB cable The Olympus DS5000 Digital Voice Recorder is able to download the dictated filed automatically from the recorder to the computer or laptop for immediate delivery or transcription.
AUTOMATED DELIVERY
With the DS-5000 there's no need for manual operation as the easy to use management software allows the files to be delivered for transcription or your favorite speech recognition software . once the files have been transfered from the digital voice recorder they can be automatically sent by e-mail, ftp, or copied over to your network.
AUTOMATED BACKUP
The Easy to use Olympus DSS Player Pro 5 Allows you to set it to automatically back-up to the computer and delete the files from recorder to preserve space for future dictation. All part of the DS-5000 Olympus Digital Voice Recorder Automated system.
