We at Digital Dictation Store prefer to charge just a one flat rate for our services, unlike most of the competition witch charges hourly, and we know just how expensive that can get.

Desktop Models - transcribers & recorders........ $75.00 - $95.00 Flat rate (plus parts and shipping)

Cassette Repairs.......... $25.00 -$45.00 Flat rate (plus parts and shipping)

Got a jammed or broken tape with critical dictation on it?  We can repair almost any chewed up, jammed, off the spool, rewound and it kept going, flipped, or unwound micro or standard cassette you have.  Stuck in your machine?   Send us the whole machine with the tape in it.  We will remove it and repair both the cassette and the machine.  This is routine for us.

Enclose a note and send it to us. We can typically turn them around the same day.

Repair Policy 

To send in broken equipment for free estimate and repair, simply ship prepaid to us with your name, phone number, return shipping address and a brief description of the problem. 

if you do not approve of the repair cost, we will send the unit back, with a small estimate and shipping fee. No hidden costs, no slamming you with a large "handling fee". We want your business so we try to keep service costs low.

Place disabled equipment in a sturdy box.  Use styrofoam, bubble wrap or balled up newspaper as protective packing, and ship to:
